Postpartum Planning for Moms with ADHD
A free workshop for expecting and postpartum parents with ADHD, autism, or anxiety who are tired of standard advice and want a plan that actually works.
Why? Because standard postpartum advice wasn’t written for Us.
If you’re an expecting or postpartum mom in South Jersey with ADHD, autism, or anxiety, you already know that "go with the flow" is useless advice. Your brain doesn’t do "flow."
You’re likely already anticipating (or experiencing) the sensory overload, the executive dysfunction of a shattered routine, and the pressure to mask your struggles for everyone else.
You don’t need generic wellness platitudes. They won’t work for you. You need cheat codes. And I want to share mine with you.
Hosted by Tiff D’Amico of Karma Birth Services (AKA The Placenta Girl) in Cherry Hill, NJ, this free, 45-minute low-stim workshop is designed specifically for neurodivergent parents.
We’re tossing out the neurotypical postpartum playbook and mapping out a postpartum plan that protects your energy, your boundaries, and your sanity.
What We’re Unlocking in 45 Minutes
The Sensory Shield
Practical sensory boundaries and environmental tweaks to protect your nervous system from standard newborn sensory overload.
Dropping the Mask
How to stop performative people-pleasing and clearly communicate your unfiltered needs to your partner, family, and medical team.
Externalizing Executive Functions
How to get the invisible mental load out of your head and into an automated postpartum command center that runs on autopilot.
The Details
-
No extra BS—just real, practical strategies.
-
Including me! I’m most comfortable when I’m not distracted by faces on screens, and I think you’ll be too. This means you can join from your kitchen, your living room, or even in the car—listen in comfortably while going about your life.
Q&A Style: The chat will be open throughout the workshop. Feel free to drop questions or comments as they come up! I’ll read through everything during our Q&A segment at the end. I will stay as long as everyone needs to get their questions answered.
My Promise to You: I’m not trying to sell you anything. I want to teach you. And I want to help you have a postpartum you look back on with tears of joy, not regret. If you stay until the very end, you’ll get a link to claim a Free 30-Minute Planning Call. We’ll use that time to hone in on what you specifically need to focus on—to either prepare ahead of time or get your head above water if you’re already in the thick of it.

Why is this Free?
Because I believe every neurodivergent mom deserves a postpartum that doesn’t end with a diagnosis of postpartum anxiety. Standard advice fails us, and there’s a huge gap between “surviving” and having a plan that works for you.
I’m not charging for this workshop because my goal isn’t to sell you something—it’s to give you with tools that protect your mental health and set you up for success. If you stay until the end and take me up on a free planning call, we’ll go deeper into your specific situation. That’s where I can offer more personalized support (like my Lighten the Load services) if you feel like it’s a good fit—of course I hope you’ll choose to work with me, but there’s zero pressure. My hope is just that you leave feeling less alone and more prepared.
I keep this workshop intentionally small so I can hear from you, answer your specific questions, and make sure the content is hitting home. I’m not interested in broadcasting to a crowd—that spikes my anxiety anyway. I want to build a local community of moms who get it.
Plus, because every neurodivergent brain is unique, after I receive your inquiry, I’ll shoot you a text. I like to take 30 seconds to chat with you first to make sure this workshop will work for you.
Ready to join? Text me the word WORKSHOP at 856-313-5466.
In your text, please let me know:
Where you are in your journey (expecting or postpartum).
Why you think this workshop is right for you.
Which days/times work best for you? (I have multiple dates and times available each month, so we’ll figure out which one fits your schedule.)
I’ll share the link once we’ve chatted.
