Postpartum Planning for Moms with ADHD
A free workshop for expecting and postpartum parents with ADHD, autism, or anxiety who are tired of standard advice and want a plan that works for them.
Why? Because Typical postpartum advice Doesn’t work for Us.
If you’re a pregnant or postpartum mom in South Jersey and you’ve got an ADHD, Autistic, or Anxious brain, you already know that neurotypical advice is useless advice.
Thanks to hormones and, you know, life, the entire perinatal period from birth to postpartum can feel a bit untethered. It’s fraught with sensory overload, executive dysfunction, and the pressure to mask your struggles and pretend that everything’s great, just great!
You need more than generic wellness platitudes. That stuff probably won’t work for you. You need ballsy confidence. And cheat codes. I share both with you in this workshop.
Hosted by Tiff D’Amico of Karma Birth Services (AKA The Placenta Girl) in Cherry Hill, NJ, this free, 45-minute workshop is designed specifically for neurodivergent parents.
We’re tossing out the neurotypical postpartum playbook and building a postpartum plan that protects your energy, your boundaries, and your sanity.
What We’ll Get into in 45 Minutes
The Sensory Shield
Practical sensory boundaries and environmental tweaks to protect your nervous system from standard newborn sensory overload.
Dropping the Mask
How to stop performative people-pleasing and clearly communicate your needs to your partner, family, and medical team. Without guilt.
Externalizing Executive Functions
How to get the invisible mental load of motherhood out of your head and into an automated postpartum command center that runs on autopilot.
The Details
-
No extra BS—just real, practical strategies. I talk fast, try to be funny, and always optimize for neurodivergent brains.
-
Including me! I’m most comfortable when I’m not distracted by faces on screens, so we’ll leave cameras off. Feel free to join from your kitchen, your car, or even your bathtub. We won’t judge because we can’t even see you!
-
The chat will be open throughout the workshop. Drop questions or comments as they come up. I’ll ignore them until the end when we open up for Q&A. I’ll hang out as long until all questions have been answered.
-
I’m not trying to sell you anything. I’m a teacher at heart and I just want to teach you what I’ve learned… and what I wish I knew when my babies were babies.
Of course I’d love it if you want to work with me, because I totally believe that you would not regret it, but that’s not what this is about.
Wait…Why is this Free?
Because I believe every neurodivergent mom deserves a postpartum that doesn’t end with a diagnosis of postpartum anxiety. Standard advice fails us, and there’s a huge gap between “surviving” and having a plan that works for you.
I’m not charging for this workshop because my goal isn’t to sell you something—it’s to give you tools that protect your mental health and set you up for success.
Full disclosure, when you sign up, I’ll add you to my newsletter list. From there, I hope you’ll get to know and like me, and then trust me enough to work with me.
My point is, sign up! Show up live. There’s no sales pitch. You’ll learn some stuff. We’ll have some fun. It’ll be awesome. There’s zero pressure. No salesy BS.
My hope is just that you feel more prepared at the the end than you did at the beginning.
Before you sign up.
I keep this workshop intentionally small so I can actually hear from you, answer your specific questions, and make sure the content is hitting home. Big broadcasts spike my anxiety anyway — so the small room works for both of us.
That's why instead of a generic sign-up form, I'm asking for a little more than your contact info. Where you are and what your brain brings to the table changes what's useful to you — and your answers guide what I focus on.
I'll reply personally within a day or two to confirm your spot. I want to make this workshop yours.
