Your House Is Not a Measure of Your Worth

Support for moms navigating Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Anxiety, Postpartum Rage, and Neurodivergence. I handle the mess. You focus on recovery.

The Reality

If you’re struggling to keep your head above water as a new mom, the last thing you have energy for is folding laundry. But the pile keeps growing. The dishes stack up. And suddenly, you’re crying in the kitchen because you “should” be able to do this.

You shouldn’t. Not right now.

I’m not here to judge your mess. I’m here to reduce the sensory overload and executive dysfunction that makes everything feel impossible.

The Vibe

Look, I know how hard it is to enjoy being a mom when you’re sleep-deprived and hormonal, and your to-do list seems to be mocking you.

I offer what I needed most as a new mom. The stuff we’d have if that village everyone’s always talking about existed.

What this means:

  • Zero Shame: I’ve seen worse. Really. A messy house does not make you a bad mom.

  • Low Demand: No small talk unless you want it. No advice unless you want it. Just quiet, efficient help.

  • Your Supplies, My Labor: I use your soap, your towels, your trash bags. I don’t bring a van of chemicals. I just show up and work.

I focus on high-impact tasks that reduce visual noise and mental load.

  • Laundry Rescue: Wash, dry, fold, and put away. The mountain disappears.

  • Kitchen Triage: Load/unload dishwasher, wipe counters, sweep floors, take out trash.

  • Meal Prep Basics: Chop veggies, cook simple batch meals (rice/chicken/beans), or organize the fridge so you can see what’s there.

  • Pet Care: Walks, feeding, litter box scoops, yard waste pickup.

  • Clutter Reduction: Pick up toys, clear surfaces, tidy high-traffic areas. Less visual noise = less anxiety.

  • Errands: Grocery pickup, returns, pharmacy runs. Get out of the car if you need to.

  • Body Doubling: Sit quietly with you while you tackle one dreaded task (emails, taxes, sorting mail). Sometimes just having someone else in the room helps you start.

  • Baby Holding & Breaks: Need to shower, nap, take a walk, or just sit in silence with a book? I’ll hold your baby, rock them, or keep them entertained while you reclaim some time for pure self-care.

  • Life Admin & Odd Jobs: Assemble flat-pack furniture, organize a junk drawer, sort through mail, or tackle that one project you’ve been avoiding for months.

Hi, I’m Tiff.

Recovering Perfectionist. People-Pleaser. Work-in-Progress.

I am a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman who spent years trying to be everything to everyone until I burned out. I used to think if my house wasn’t perfect, I was failing. If I didn’t say yes to every request, I was selfish. I was wrong.

Now I know that order isn’t about cleanliness. It’s about regulation. When my home is chaotic, my nervous system screams. When I have boundaries and the support I need, I can show up for my people.

My Life Looks Like This:

2 Humans: Two here on earth (ages 12 and 16, both neurodivergent and awesome), and one in my heart.

The Zoo: 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 hedgehog, 1 snake, and 12 chickens. No, I don’t clean the coop daily.

The Journey: I’ve been where you are. After my second baby was born in 2009 via Cesarean, I struggled severely with Postpartum Anxiety and Rage. I looked at other moms’ happy social media posts and wondered, “What is wrong with me?” It took a long time (and a divorce) for me to realize that nothing was wrong with me. I just didn’t have the support I needed.

Why I Do This Work

I’m not just a helper; I’m a trained professional who understands the science behind the struggle.

My qualifications:

Birth Educator & Doula

Bringing Baby Home Educator

Fair Play Facilitator

Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (trained through Postpartum Support International)

I’ve read every book under the sun on managing the mental load of motherhood. I’ve had a medicated birth, a home birth, and two C-sections. I breastfed both babies to term. I know the physical toll, the emotional rollercoaster, and the incredible volume of invisible labor involved in raising humans.

My Promise to You

I am not going to judge your house or your parenting choices. I’m going to take some of the stuff you’ve been stressing about off your plate.

I do the work. I leave quietly. And I hope that when you wake up tomorrow, the mountain looks a little smaller, and you feel a little more like yourself.

You’re doing a good job. Let me help you prove it.
