The system fails moms. I don’t.
Struggling with postpartum anxiety or rage? You’re not broken — you’re exhausted, unsupported, and doing your best in a world that doesn’t care if you’re drowning in new motherhood.
You’re not alone. You’re not too much. And you’re not failing. Let’s work together to reclaim your postpartum.
You don’t need another expert telling you how to Do the mom Thing.
You just need someone who gets it. Who gets you. Who’s BTDT and is happy to call BS when needed.
You found her — Hi! I’m Tiff.
I encapsulate placentas, yes, but my real love lies in smashing postpartum myths, and helping perfectionist, overthinking, control-loving moms dig themselves out of the postpartum hole they’ve fallen been pushed into and help them build the mom life they imagined — or at least get closer to it.
If you feel blindsided by what early motherhood looks and feels like, you’re not alone. AND it’s not too late to take control. You have more power than you’ve been led to believe.
I’ve lived this, coached other moms through it, and built this for people like us — the perfectionists, the HSPs, the ones trying to get it “right” without realizing bothering anyone else or admitting that we might not be as okay as it might appear.
Postpartum isn’t the finish line. It’s the beginning of everything. Let’s get you a reset.
I know how hard it can feel sometimes.
Here’s how I’ll show up for you as your new mom mentor:
-
We start with a comprehensive, introspective form — not just a checklist. This will help you understand your unique risk factors for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, spot patterns, and get a big-picture view of your emotional landscape. It’s the foundation for everything we do next, and it’s a tool you’ll keep coming back to.
-
We’ll carve out time that fits into your life — even if you never have a minute alone. I don’t care if it’s over voice notes, a Zoom call, or a string of texts while you’re nursing — we’ll make it work. This is when we dig into your profile, clarify what’s coming up for you, and talk through your current struggles, needs, wants, or focus areas.
-
After that, I’ll take everything I’ve learned about you and create a real, actionable plan — your IPP. It’s not one-size-fits-all. It’s designed to fit your actual life, your brain, your nervous system, and your values. This plan isn’t just about surviving postpartum — it’s about building a life that feels good and manageable for the long haul.
-
I’m here when you need me — truly. You can reach out any time between 8 AM and 8 PM (I’m in Jersey, so Eastern Time) and I’ll respond that day, or the next morning if I’m tied up. You don’t need to save your struggles or “wait until it’s bad enough.” And you’re never bugging me — this is what you’re paying for. You deserve to feel supported when you need it most. (Just wish I could do it for free! Thanks, capitalism.)
And — because I know how easy it is to forget your own needs — I’ll check in with you at least once a week if I don’t hear from you. -
We’ll meet for a deeper check-in every few months — usually once per quarter — just to make sure you’re still feeling aligned and supported. These aren’t therapy sessions. They’re “I got you, mama” calls with someone who’s walked this road and won’t let you fall through the cracks.

My Values
I work best with moms who are figuring out how to do this whole thing their way — not the way their mom did it, not the way some insta-mommies do it, and definitely not the way mainstream parenting culture expects them to.
If you’re a cycle-breaking, system-questioning, mama-gut-following parent who’s trying to do better — even if you don’t have it all figured out yet — I’m with you 1000%.
-
I believe in human rights. I believe Black lives matter — and until all of us are free, none of us are free.
I support bodily autonomy, queer and trans families, and accessible mental health care for everyone.
I honor neurodiversity and all neurotypes as natural, beautiful spectrums — just like gender and sexuality. None of these fit into neat boxes, and they’re not just clinical diagnoses.
I see postpartum anxiety and mental health struggles as social constructs shaped by capitalism, colonialism, patriarchy, and white supremacy — systems that don’t have our best interests at heart.
I’m here for moms who want to break free from all that — who are ready to reclaim their power, rewrite the rules, and mother on their terms.
-
I believe babies are people.
I support gentle, responsive parenting — not cry-it-out, not “sleep training,” not obedience culture.
I’m all for extended breastfeeding, babywearing, cosleeping, and following your instincts over any mainstream parenting advice that feels off.
I know very little about mainstream parenting practices like formula feeding, sleep training, scheduled naps, or strict baby routines — because I’m all about trusting your mama gut and doing what actually works for you and your baby.
Let’s work together.
