The ADHD Birth Class

An ADHD neurodivergent woman with rainbow-colored hair and tattoos playing with a young child with blonde hair, both smiling and facing each other.

Preparing YOU for Birth & Postpartum

Are You ADHD & Pregnant?

A pregnant woman with curly hair smiling and gently touching her belly, standing against a white wall with sunlight casting a shadow.

When your brain’s not boring “typical”, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum comes with unique challenges that traditional prenatal care often doesn't address.

If you identify as ADHD, Autistic, highly sensitive, anxious — or all of the above — this workshop is for YOU.

We’ll get into the ways you might experience pregnancy differently, the stuff they won’t cover in your standard birth class, breastfeeding challenges for neurodivergent parents, and how to prepare for postpartum (and beyond) so that you’ve got the tools and strategies you need to keep your head above water lined up and ready to go.
