The hardest part isn’t Giving Birth —
it’s what comes after.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
If you’re about to birth a baby human and you’re…
✔ Neurodivergent, a perfectionist, Have a need for control, A people-Pleaser, highly-Sensitive, Introverted, or just want to do everything you can to prepare for postpartum
✔ Kinda Worried about postpartum anxiety or Postpartum Depression
✔ Underwhelmed by the postpartum planning advice and Info you’ve found online
✔ Unsure about how your support system will show up for you when the time comes
✔ Basically crossing your fingers and hoping for the best
I see you.
I’ve been you.

I lost my first baby, Cooper, at 22-weeks and 3 days into my pregnancy.
That experience changed me at my core.
And then… infertility.
My second (and later, my third) is an IVF baby.
After all of that, I Thought the hard stuff was behind me.
But I was wrong.
I was blindsided by the realities of postpartum.
And I was hit with postpartum anxiety. Big time.
I didn’t know I was at risk for postpartum Anxiety.
And I didn’t know there was more I could have done to prepare.
But I know now.
And I want Better for You.
Tanaeya B.
Tiff is absolutely incredible. I would recommend her services to every woman I know. I had severe antepartum depression But I have not had any baby blues or signs of Postpartum depression. Quite the contrary, I've been pleasant, happy and enjoying my baby. Tiff and I were complete strangers when I inquired about her services. However, her genuine concern for my well being during and after my pregnancy made me feel like more than a client, but a friend.
You have more control than you’ve been led to believe.
You can Be better prepared for your Fourth Trimester—
even if you don’t know where to start, anxiety’s creeping in, or you’re at risk for PMADs.
You Do have what it takes to OWN your Postpartum —
even if you have no village, have no idea what you’re up against, and you hate asking for help from others.
Your baby Needs a mom who feels physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy —
Because self-care isn’t selfish and your baby needs you whole.
You Deserve to feel grounded, supported, and like yourself —
even in a world that expects you to figure it all out on your own.

You were Never Meant to do this alone.
It takes a village. Yep. But they stole our village and then convinced us all that if motherhood feels hard, it’s because we’re doing it wrong.
We don’t get to see other women give birth, establish a breastfeeding relationship, and learn to be mothers, so when it’s our turn, we’re going in blind.
We have no mentors who understand our needs, values, and desires, so we’re forced to go on Google deep-dives at 2 a.m. and ask random strangers on the internet for advice.
“Moms aren’t failing. They’re being failed…by a system that values profits over people and Productivity over connection. But we have more power than we’ve been led to Believe.”

Here’s what’s You Get with More Than Just the Pills
-
Transport Kit, Pickup, and Delivery
I make this as easy as humanly possible. Around 36 weeks, you’ll receive a full transport kit with everything you need: a soft-sided cooler bag, labeled biohazard bag, ice bags, clear instructions, and a “Hands Off My Placenta” card for the hospital staff. On the big day, your birth partner (or whoever you choose) just texts me when your placenta is ready. I meet them right at the entrance—quick and discreet—so I’m never intruding on your golden hour. Once processing is complete, I either hand-deliver or ship your capsules overnight (fully insured) depending on where you are.
Safe & Professional Processing in a Dedicated Workspace
This isn’t happening in someone’s kitchen next to last night’s dishes. I process every placenta in a dedicated, placenta-only workspace in my home—complete with a placenta-specific fridge that no one else touches. Every surface is sanitized to OSHA standards, I use gloves, masks, and single-use tools whenever possible, and I process one placenta at a time, always clearly labeled, always tracked. There’s zero risk of cross-contamination, and no one else’s placenta ever comes near yours.
Dehydrated Placenta in Clear Vegan Capsules
After gentle steaming (unless you request raw prep), I slice your placenta thin like jerky, dehydrate it at high temperatures overnight, grind it into a fine powder, and encapsulate it in clear, vegan, kosher, and halal-friendly capsules. Prefer a little flavor? I also offer flavored, colored gelatin capsules (think: berry or citrus) to make swallowing them a little easier. Either way, your capsules are made with care, labeled with dosing instructions, and packaged securely for freshness.
Dried Umbilical Cord Keepsake (When Possible)
Unless your provider cuts too short or the cord is otherwise damaged, I create a simple, dried keepsake in the natural spiral or heart shape to honor the literal lifeline between you and your baby. It’s a beautiful, tangible reminder of the bond you shared in utero—and something many parents treasure for years.
Umbilical Cord Art Print – Your baby’s first lifeline, transformed into a stunning tree of life design. Printed on acid-free paper, ready to frame as a keepsake to treasure and pass down for generations.

“Tiff is amazing and so is her product. Thank you for taking part in my healing journey. You are such a gift.”
Jordan B.
“If you are on the fence about this, go for it! I am 6 weeks postpartum and have been feeling great. Also, Tiff is amazing. It's clear that she is passionate about what she does. I felt like she truly cared about me and my baby which is really important during such a life-changing event. Also, my midwives highly recommended her when I mentioned that I wanted to do placenta encapsulation.”
Hey! I’m Tiff —
Your No-BS Postpartum Strategy Guide, Mom of 2 Spicy Kids, Birth Worker, and Your Biggest Cheerleader.
Just a few (well, about 16) years ago, I was in your shoes: excited and getting ready for motherhood the best way I could. But the universe had other plans for me.
As a new mom, I was constantly on-edge, worried about everything, and unable to be present enough to enjoy my baby.
I wasn’t doing the mom thing the way my friends had done it. I wasn’t doing it the way my own mom did it. I was blazing my own trail, with no support system, and no one who understood my specific needs, hopes, and desires for me and my baby.
I didn’t have what I needed to support myself physically, emotionally, or mentally. I was completely unprepared.
That’s why I created my signature offer More Than Just the Pills—to give you what I wish I had: placenta pills for your body, a plan for your brain, and a mentor you can turn to when you don’t have the answers.
Society leaves new moms hanging. I don’t.
More Than Just the Pills is for You If…
You’re a perfectionist, people-pleaser, highly-sensitive person, ADHD, Autistic, “type-A” personality, or just someone who wants to make sure you’ve done all you can to prepare yourself for the most amazing transition of your lifetime.
You’ve done your homework and planned for your baby—but you know postpartum demands more than just good intentions.
You want a postpartum plan that respects your unique brain, body, and energy levels—no one-size-fits-all bullshit.
You’re ready to ditch anxiety, overwhelm, and resentment, and show up fully for your baby and yourself.
You crave real support that’s strategic, flexible, and fits your life—not intrusive or overwhelming.
You want to feel confident and in control during the wildest transition of your life.
Too many moms believe that postpartum Planning comes in the form of a checklist.
But you know there’s more to it than that.
It’s knowing your communication style, your personality quirks, and how you tend to react under pressure.
It’s understanding your risk factors for PMADs and getting ahead of them—not waiting to fall apart before you get support.
It’s honoring your needs, your boundaries, and the kind of mom you actually want to be—not the one Pinterest or your mother-in-law expects.
Real planning means covering the things most people don’t even think to name.
Because postpartum doesn’t just test your body—it tests your systems, your relationships, your entire life.
You and your baby deserve more than crossed fingers and hoping for the best.
Got questions?
-
You're not just buying pills. You're investing in a full-blown postpartum survival plan — customized for your neurodivergent brain and built to help you thrive in a world that’s not designed for you. This isn’t some cookie-cutter support. It’s radical preparation, real tools, emotional backup, and someone who gets how hard this transition is — especially if the system has already failed you.
Think of it as postpartum prep plus life coaching plus mental load strategist plus inner circle support team — for the same price some folks spend on fancy strollers they barely use. This is your mental health, your identity, your capacity to enjoy motherhood. That’s worth it.
-
A: Therapy is powerful — and necessary for a lot of us. But even the best therapist isn’t helping you organize your time, build a postpartum game plan, communicate with your clueless-but-trying partner, or figure out why that feeding schedule keeps falling apart.
This isn’t therapy. This is strategy.
You get:A customized, ADHD/autistic-friendly postpartum plan
Practical tools for managing your house, your body, your relationship
Emotional and logistical support outside of therapy hours
Real-life, in-the-moment coaching, not just once-a-week talk
In other words? Your therapist helps you process the fire. I help you put the damn fire out.
-
Nope. It’s adjacent, but not the same. A postpartum doula may come to your home, help with baby care, and offer in-person support. That’s incredibly valuable. But most doulas aren’t building you a long-term plan for managing your mental load, navigating the patriarchy, and parenting in a way that actually works for your neurodivergent brain.
More Than Just the Pills is like a doula for your whole life.
I focus on your identity, your systems, your overwhelm, your relationship dynamics
You get virtual access to me anytime for support — not just scheduled shifts
You walk away with a plan that lasts well beyond the 4th trimester
-
If you have local family or help with baby care, or you’re planning to co-sleep/breastfeed/stay home — this package is likely the better investment.
Because here’s the truth: you need more than just someone to hold the baby. You need someone to hold you together — with strategy, tools, and ongoing support that helps you rebuild your life in a way that actually works. That said, if you’re physically recovering from a tough birth or absolutely need someone to help with baby care and cooking in the early days, then a postpartum doula may be the better immediate support. But my program will take you further, for longer, and with a lot more internal transformation.
-
You can. But will you?
Most of my clients are smart AF and have shelves of books, journals, and saved TikToks. And guess what? They’re still drowning. Because knowing what to do is different from actually doing it — especially when your brain is overwhelmed and your life is in transition. This package is your bridge from knowing to managing. It’s built specifically for your spicy brain. You won’t just survive postpartum. You’ll defy the system, claim your space, and build a life that fits you.
Q: What if I don’t want the placenta pills — I just want the planning and support?
A: Cool. That’s exactly what the Mom As You Are Mentorship (Lite) is for. You get the strategy, support, and coaching without the encapsulation.
But here’s the deal:
If you're already investing in radical postpartum prep, and you are curious about placenta encapsulation — the More Than Just the Pills package is the ultimate bundle. You get my best tools, hands-on support, AND a physical healing boost (because yeah, your body deserves support too). Not into the pills? Totally fine. You still get the power of:
A full individualized postpartum plan
Emotional and logistical support via voice/text
Monthly workshops and weekly group access
Tools, templates, the NeuroSPICY Postpartum toolkit
Real-time help for your real life
So if the support is what you're after? Grab the Mom As You Are Mentorship Lite.
If you want the whole shebang, including your body’s healing superpowers? Stick with More Than Just the Pills. -
Oh, same. That’s why this program is designed for your actual life, not some fantasy where you have endless time and energy.
No scheduled calls unless you want them. You can get support via text, email, or voice note — whenever your brain can handle it.
Baby finally asleep and your brain is buzzing at 1 a.m.? Send a message. I’ll respond when I’m back online.
Can’t remember what you were asking for mid-message? I won’t judge. That’s kind of the point.
This is asynchronous, non-demanding support for your real, messy, unpredictable postpartum. You’ll never be put on the spot or forced to "show up" when you’re barely holding it together.
And if you're worried about time? Here's the truth:
You can either spend hours scrambling later, or spend a few focused minutes now building a plan that actually works for the way your brain functions — so you're not drowning when your whole life changes overnight. This isn't extra. This is the foundation.
Have more Questions? Ready to Get Started?
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all service — it’s a deep, personalized support package designed to transform your postpartum experience. Let’s connect first to make sure we’re aligned and that you totally understand the incredible value you’re getting.
