You Deserve More Than Just a 6-Week Checkup.
Comprehensive postpartum planning and support that stays with you from pregnancy to motherhood—so you never have to figure it out alone.
Well, Mama… Are You ready?
You’ve read all the books. You’ve taken the classes. You’ve color-coded the nursery binder. 😅 You’ve spent about a bazillion hours researching the best products for your baby registry. You know the stages of labor.
You. Are. Ready.
Buttttt… you just not sure.
You know the statistics. 1 in 5. You don’t want to be the 1. You want to do everything you can to prepare for this monumentous adventure you’re about to embark on.
But you don;t want to focus on the negative. You don’t want to put that energy out there.
And what can you do, anyway?
There is something you can do. A lot, actually.
This girl Right Here? She thought she’d Done it all.
She was wrong. Because you can’t really prepare for postpartum.
Because there are just too many variables.
Take me for example. After a devastating loss followed by infertility, I planned a home birth with my IVF baby.
But he decided to flip breech and in spite of my efforts, he stayed that way and I ended up with a c-section.
After my baby arrived, everything was harder than I imagined it would be.
I struggled with breastfeeding because of a tongue tie I knew nothing about, and we ended up with thrush.
My baby wanted only me. He wouldn’t even take a pacifier.
I would never have prepared for this because I would have thought those were all things I could prevent.
But I quickly morphed from a woman who had everything under control to an anxious, angry, control freak person I didn’t recognize.
I’m Passionate About Postpartum Mental health
If anyone had mentioned risk factors for PMHDs to me, I could have been better prepared. Maybe I would have set up some safeguards, just in case. So I want you to be aware. Because with knowledge comes power.
PMHD RISK CHECK
Having any of these risk factors does not guarantee you’ll develop a PMHD. But it does give you the power to prepare.
Scroll through and see which ones resonate with you.

Please know that having some of these risk factors does not guarantee you will develop a perinatal mental health disorder. But it does give you the power to plan ahead.
By identifying where you might be vulnerable, you can build a support system that catches you before you fall.
Please share this checklist with your OB/GYN, midwife, or mental health provider. Use it as a conversation starter to map out a proactive postpartum care plan together.
But if you want more than a checklist and More Than Just your partner on your postpartum team, I’d love to Be your person. I’d love to be there for you both.
A Postpartum Doula… With a Twist
Traditional postpartum doulas are amazing at holding space, supporting breastfeeding, and helping you manage the emotional rollercoaster that comes with postpartum hormonal crashes.
But they rarely get into logistics. They don’t reorganize your pantry with you before baby arrives so you can make healthy snacks accessible when your baby spends an entire morning crying and you need food. They don’t sit down with you and your partner to map out who will handle what. They don’t optimize your home for a brain that will soon be running on fumes and zero sleep.
With this package, I do all of that.
It’s a comprehensive support system designed specifically for moms who want to protect their mental health during the biggest transition of their lives. We start in your third trimester—while you still have spoons to think clearly—and we bridge you all the way through the fourth trimester.
We build the infrastructure before the shit hits the fan, so when baby arrives, you’re not blindsided like the rest of us.
So What’s Included?
1. The In-Home Planning Session (2 Hours)
Before your baby arrives.
I’ll come to your home and we’ll work together to create your Individualized Postpartum Plan (IPP). Together, we will:
Map Your Needs: Identify your sensory triggers, executive function challenges, and non-negotiables.
Build Your Fair Play Agreement: Discuss who will be responsible for what after your baby arrives.
Optimize Your Space: We look at your home through a new mother’s lens. Where are the friction points? How do we reduce stress?
2. Flexible Weekly Support (24 Hours Total)
You can use your hours anytime during the 3rd or 4th trimester.
You decide when to start and how to use each hour.
Pre-Baby Prep: Declutter your space. Meal prep freezer meals. Set up a "command center" for feeds and diaper changes.
Post-Baby Survival: Laundry mountain? I’ll handle it. Dishes piling up? I’ll wash them. Want to do that whole “sleep when the baby sleeps” thing? I’m here. Go sleep. I’ll get stuff done.
Executive Function Coaching: Stuck on a task? Overwhelmed by the mess? We troubleshoot together. I help you break big tasks into small, manageable steps.
Optional Add-Ons: Birth Support for Your Brain
I offer specialized add-ons designed specifically for neurodivergent parents. Because yes, even in birth, we have different needs. (No diagnosis needed, if you think you’d benefit, you’re in.)
🧠 Neurodivergent Birth Prep & Planning (+$150) A private 2-hour session in your home figuring out labor strategies that will work best for your neurodivergent brain. Sensory management plans, decision-making checklists and scripts, and drafting your neurodivergent birth plan.
🤰 Neurodivergent Birth Support (+$700) Full-spectrum doula-style support, adapted for ADHD and ASD moms. Includes unlimited communication throughout your third trimester, on-call support from 38 weeks, in-home labor support, and unlimited phone/text/video support throughout your birth.
🌱 Placenta Encapsulation (+$200) Support your postpartum form the inside out with placenta pills. This is a deeply discounted price, offered only to Transition clients.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just use all of my hours for house cleaning? No. While I will absolutely clean, prep basic meals, and organize, that’s only part of it. The core of this package is planning and partnership. We’re building systems that will work for you and your family throughout your life. Think of it as executive function support with hands-on help.
What if my partner isn’t interested in participating? The Fair Play Agreement works best when both partners are involved, but it’s not a requirement to book. If your partner is hesitant, we can work around that. I can coach you on how to communicate your needs effectively, or we can focus solely on optimizing your space and supporting you directly.
Do I have to use all my hours at once? Now way. After about 4 hours of social interaction, I max out! But you can use your hours however you need to use them. You can front-load your hours in the third trimester to prep the house and set up systems, or save them for the fourth trimester to handle the laundry mountain after birth. Or split them 50/50. It’s your call.
I’m not diagnosed with ADHD or Autism. Is this still for me? Yes! You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from my services. If you’re a perfectionist, prone to anxiety, or a "control freak," this package is designed for you. We focus on practical strategies that reduce cognitive load and decision fatigue, which helps everyone, regardless of the type of brain they were born with.
Will you judge my messy house? Never. I’ve been there. I see a home that is being lived in by a pregnant person (or a new mom!). My job is to make it easier for you to live in, not to critique your standards. Come as you are.
Is this medical advice? No. I am a support specialist, not a doctor, nurse, or therapist. I provide logistical, emotional, and organizational support. If you have medical concerns or are experiencing symptoms of postpartum depression/anxiety, please reach out to your healthcare provider. I can help connect you with resources, but I do not diagnose or treat.
When should I book? Ideally, in your second or early third trimester. This gives us enough time to build your Individualized Postpartum Plan (IPP) while you still have the mental bandwidth to engage in planning. However, if you’re already in late pregnancy or even postpartum, we can still adapt the package to meet you where you are.
Do I have to pay in full? Absolutely not. I offer payment plans (up to 4 installments) to make this investment more accessible.
