Let’s have a chat about what’s keeping you up at night. I offer free 30 minute consultations for moms who are stuck in the weeds and just need to be seen, heard, and understood.

After our call, I’ll follow up with suggestions about how you can get started working towards a life you can manage… and love.

Feeling a little “WTF” about Postpartum?

About that village everyone’s always screaming about…

A real village means more than just babysitters and meals dropped at your door (though that is awesome and important!) It means mentors — people who’ve been there and know what you’re facing before you even say a word.

Someone who can cut through the noise and bullshit, who sees you and your unique struggles, and can give you guidance you actually trust.

A place where you can drop your mask, ask the hard questions, and get honest answers that fit your life — not some generic cookie-cutter advice.

No judgment. No sugar-coating. Just steady support to help you find your footing when everything feels upside down.

Let me be your Person

I know how hard it was for me when my baby was still tiny and needy and not sleeping. I felt so alone. I felt like everyone else was doing just fine. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong.

But I knew someone out there had to have some advice for me that resonated. Advice that aligned with my own needs, not with their idea of what motherhood looks like.

But I couldn’t find her.

So I became her.

I’m that person for you… a mentor in your corner, anytime you need.

A woman with purple hair in a bun, wearing a black sleeveless top and distressed jeans, happily playing with soap bubbles outdoors. Behind her is a large heart-shaped sign with the words 'I BELIEVE IN YOU' on a brick and concrete wall.

I’m Tiff — myth-busting mentor for overthinking, Out-of-the-Box, system-skeptical moms like you.

I’m a certified perinatal mental health specialist and placenta encapsulator here to help you get your shit together before you’re deep in the weeds — and if you’re already knee-deep in diapers and WTF moments, I’ve got your back.

I tell it like it is. No Pinterest-perfect bullshit. Just real, customized advice from someone who knows what the hell she’s talking about — and actually gets how your brain works.

I’m all about flipping the script on mainstream motherhood narratives — because that playbook wasn’t written for moms like us!

I believe moms deserve more than just survival — they deserve to have their shit together enough to enjoy being a mom — on their terms.

I’m the person you didn’t know you needed.

I combine the practical mindset of a coach, the insight of a perinatal mental health specialist, and the real-talk of your smartest, most grounded friend.

I saw the gap between therapy, midwives, and mom groups — and I filled it.

What makes me different?

  • No anxiety-inducing phone calls (unless you want them) — I use flexible formats like video messages, voice notes, and texts so you get support when and how it works for you.

  • I focus on real-life postpartum, not the Pinterest version.

  • I help you build a strategy for life after birth — not just a plan for birth itself.

  • I’m here for your mental health, your identity shift, your partnership struggles, and all the invisible labor.

Placenta encapsulation? Sure. But that’s just the start.
This is whole-person postpartum support — built for real moms, not some idealized version.

Because without a village, what we really need are mentors.
And that’s what I am — your mentor in the revolution of doing the mom thing on your terms.

You can Build the Life You Imagined — On Your Own Terms

We all have different hopes and dreams for our families. Maybe you want:

  • To finally feel like you’re in control instead of constantly overwhelmed

  • To create a calm, joyful space where you and your baby can thrive without pressure

  • To break free from exhausting mom guilt and reclaim your identity beyond motherhood

  • To have partners and family members actually understand and support you

  • To navigate postpartum challenges like anxiety or depression with confidence and grace

  • To build a parenting style that’s authentic, neurodivergent-friendly, and powerful

But postpartum mood challenges like PPA, PPD, anxiety, and the daily chaos can seriously throw you off course. You might feel stuck, isolated, or powerless — like the life you imagined is slipping away.

But the one thing every mom agrees on?

Figuring this shit out alone a’int no fun.

Ready to take control of your postpartum?

Here’s how I help postpartum moms who are drowning in expectations, unmet needs, and lack of support… and need more than wise words.

My Mom As You Are Mentorship Package offers strategic planning (because who would start a family without a plan, right? Truthfully—almost all of us!) to help you get your shit together. We cover everything from balancing household responsibilities to setting boundaries to finding a few minutes alone to breathe.

It also includes on-demand mentorship, so instead of calling the pediatrician every five minutes or making mental notes for a therapist you don’t have, you can just text me.

As a perinatal mental health therapist, birth educator, doula, Fair Play facilitator, and Bringing Baby Home educator through Gottman, I use a variety of skill sets to meet you where you’re at and help you dig out of the hole you’ve fallen into (been pushed into, really).

If your postpartum didn’t start off the way you hoped, I can help you get your story going in a new direction—one that feels more intentional, more balanced, and more you.
